When will I receive my order?

We do our best to process orders within 1-3 days from the moment you submit your order. We do our best to process orders 7 days a week, meaning the weekend won't put a delay upon your order! 

All shipping is now through Australia Post - Express Shipping is the fastest option if you are in a hurry!


What do I do if I have an issue with my order / My order hasn't arrived!

Will I get every colour preference I select when buying a bundle?

We've constructed our website in a way that allows you to pick every snorkel colour when you are purchasing a bundle, as well as the colour of the adapter! If we don't have a certain colour of something in stock, the site should inform you of this before you place your order. This ensures you get exactly what you want in your order.


What is your refund/return policy?


If your product is damaged/defective, please get in contact with us by messaging us on one of the above socials! You should send us photos/videos of the defect so we can inspect it ourselves and either assist you or sort out a replacement! Purchase with comfort knowing that we visually inspect each and every product before we pack it.
